It is difficult, if not impossible, to predict the future for a business or a career in 2021. What we can do is focus on what is right, what is true and what we know is best practice.
This may not be obvious in a world where the PEST landscape is changing at such a speed.

Take a moment to step back. Consider what is and is not important. I am sure that many have been doing just that in the face of COVID19.
Dare to do things differently. I imagine you are saying "Yes but I have been forced to do things differently already" . You are not alone. Since September 2019, pre-covid19, I have been constantly challenged to do things differently. There have been moments of both gain and pain.
What is certain is that the journey has never been dull, and never been without risk. You know mankind is incredible. Adversity will always be part of our lives. We have an amazing ability to overcome adversity. Do I sound like an optimist? I make no apology here. I have weighed the value of pessimism and optimism.
One has value whereas the other has never brought what I needed for breakthrough.

Muhammed Ali told people "do not count the days but make the days count".
Nelson Mandela said "It always seems impossible until it's done"
Optimism is a great enabler. Your future is bright, let's be certain of that together.
